What can I say, Costa Rica is amazing. I have loved every minute of being here. 
Program Volunteer Costa Rica
Project: Volunteer in Building and Constructing Homes in Costa Rica
I was able to work in the orphanage with my cousin Holly. The kids were all so cute and fun to play with.
They loved having us come every day and I was able to get close to a couple kids. I did construction for my last two weeks so I could get both experiences.
Construction was way fun and really hard work.
We were pretty much digging every day but also put up the walls and made some concrete for the floors. I actually left the day before we were going to put the floors down but I asked to have a picture of the house when it is finished. I have learned so much while being down here. I appreciate everything I have been given so much more. I was able to meet the family who is moving into the house, they were so grateful and really made it for me with all the hard work I put in.
On the weekends a group of us would all go out to different places. Costa Rica is so beautiful everywhere you look. There are many places to visit. If you are looking for a service trip with a little bit of play, this is the trip for you. Stay in the dorms, everyone is amazing, making friends for life from all around the world.
