When do I need to arrive in Costa Rica?
Your arrival date, as detailed in your program summary, is always the Friday before the Monday your progam starts.
Your program information pack will specify a program start date and an arrival date. It is between these two dates that you will receive induction. Please attempt to arrive before 6pm on your arrival date, but if you arrive a bit later thats OK. For detailed information on how to get to Samara.
If you can not arrive on your arrival date, please inform us at least 2 weeks prior to this date. We will supply you with alternative pick-up arrangements or we'll supply you with detailed information on how to find us.
