uVolunteer Frequently Asked Questions
We have set-up a frequently asked questions (FAQ) depository to store questions and answers people frequently ask us and to them make available to all who visit our website. This will enable us to post repetitively asked questions but more importantly will let you submit questions to us, which will then be available to all.
First question, how to use the depository?
We suggest that you first search the depository using the search box provided above. You can also use the advance search feature which enables you to search within a selected category. If you do not find what you are looking for, then please submit a question. We will answer all question as quickly as possible and send you a reply by email, as well as adding it to the depository for other visitors of the uVolunteer website to view.
