uVolunteer uses a secure third party to process all online payments. We do not keep any financial information of yours, such as credit card details on our servers. We use third parties to ensure the safety of online transactions for those wishing to book a placement online.
We may pass your information to our partners, service providers and associated organisations, and if you have consented, to other related organisations who may share the aims and objectives of uVolunteer. We may also need to disclose your information if required to do so by law.
Yes - cookies are pieces of information that will be sent by uvolunteer when you log onto our web site. These will be stored on your computer's hard drive, to allow us to recognise you as a user when you next visit.
You may request a copy of any personal information that uVolunteer has about you (for which we may charge a small fee) by contacting the info@uvolunteer.org or using our online contact us form.
