Reserving your space on the program
We require a $349 deposit to reserve your placement on the project. This is not an additional fee and it is deducted from your final program fee. This deposit demonstrates a volunteer’s commitment to the program. The deposit also guarantees that we will reserve your space whilst you complete the remainder of your application. This deposit is 100% full refundable if we cannot place you on your selected program. However, if we place you on the program and you then decide that you do not want to volunteer on the program for any reason, then you will lose your deposit.
Once we have received your reservation deposit, we will send you confirmation of your reservation and Program Details which will include arrival dates, accommodation preference, and duration of program etc. The conformation email will also include our Volunteer Agreement and Release and our Program Application form. You will then have 3 days to confirm your Program Details and return.
