Reservation: Reserving your space on the program

1. During Reservation: A 349 USD deposit is required to reserve your program and we will collect the deposit during this reservation process. The deposit is not an additional fee and it will be deducted from your final program fee which is due 60 days before your arrival date. The deposit demonstrates your commitment to book a program and guarantees that we will reserve your place on the program whilst we take you through the application process. You can make your payment of reservation deposit using your Debit or Credit Card or PayPal.
2. Your reservation deposit is refundable if we cannot place you on your selected program or the project rejects your application. However, if we place you on the program and you then decide to cancel your program for any reason then you will lose your deposit. We do this because we start to incur costs in processing and booking your program and we need to recuperate these costs with your deposit.

After Reservation: What happens next?

1. Once we receive your cleared deposit, we will contact you by email to confirm your reservation and guide you through the post reservation, pre-departure process. Your enrollment officer will be available to you throughout the whole process and will be there to help you with all kinds of information such as booking tickets, applying for visas, vaccinations and travel insurance and much more.
