Volunteer Overseas: Medicine
Those in the healthcare profession and medical students have the unique opportunity to donate their time and talent to those in need. As a medical volunteer you will see firsthand how understaffed, underpaid and poorly resourced developing nations cope with the countries demanding medical needs. Volunteers who join one of our Healthcare and Medical Clinic programs will be involved in the daily running of the hospital. You will work alongside doctors and nurses administering aid, performing routine check-ups, dispensing medical advice and vaccinations, doing paperwork, etc. This is an invaluable opportunity to directly change someone’s life for the better.
