Volunteer Overseas: Teaching
Teaching in a developing country is one of the most popular options for international volunteers. Teaching involves teaching in a classroom, coaching sports, teaching IT and computer skills, etc. In most cases the classes are small in size. You will be involved in the planning of lessons, organizing and decorating the classroom, encouraging conversational practice among the students, and more. Resources may be limited so you are encouraged to bring supplies from home.
